2. Account & Eligibility

To use Kyukoma, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain only one account per person
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Description

Kyukoma offers the following features:

• AI-assisted manga and comic creation tools
• Character generation with turnaround reference sheets
• Character consistency tools across panels
• AI-powered storyboard and panel layout assistance
• Image generation for panels using various AI models
• Project management with projects, chapters, and pages
• Export functionality in PNG, JPG, and ZIP formats
• Canvas editing with drawing tools, text bubbles, and layers

4. Credits & Payment

Kyukoma uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features.

Important billing information:

• Credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Pro subscription credits reset automatically each month
• Payments are processed securely through Polar
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the original content you create using Kyukoma, including your stories, characters, and artwork you upload.

License to Kyukoma: By using our service, you grant Kyukoma a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

AI-Generated Content: You own the output of AI-generated images created through your use of the service for your personal and commercial projects.

You agree not to use Kyukoma to generate content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Please be aware of the following regarding AI-generated content:

• AI outputs may not be unique and similar content could be generated for other users
• We do not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated images
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights
• AI models are trained on various datasets and outputs may occasionally resemble existing works

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Kyukoma to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create explicit content involving minors
• Produce content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Use automated bots or scripts to access AI features
• Resell, redistribute, or share your account credits
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy AI models
• Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Data & Storage

Your content is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure. When you delete your account:

• All associated projects, pages, and characters will be permanently deleted
• All uploaded images and generated content will be removed
• Any AI models trained on your data will be deleted
• This deletion is irreversible

We recommend exporting your work before deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers

Kyukoma is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or quality of AI-generated outputs
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• Continuous availability of any particular feature

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyukoma and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your content in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Kyukoma after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
